The
Box Office
The
box office is located in the building at 123 North
Seminary Street. You may purchase
tickets online or at the box
office the week of the show Tuesday through Saturday
from 11am to 3pm and one hour before show time
(if seating is available). Season
patrons may make seat reservations
by calling (256) 764-1700 on the Monday of the
performance week from 11am to 3pm and anytime
thereafter.
Concessions
A
full line of concessions is available in the lobby.
Wine, beer, soft drinks, water, popcorn and candy
may be purchased during intermission. Wine and
beer will not be sold during productions by the
Gingerbread Players.
Restrooms
Restrooms
are located in the lobby on either side of the
concession area.
Lost
and Found
If
you misplace something while you are here, please
check with someone in the box office. To check
later on lost items, please call (256) 764-1700.
Emergency
Information
In
the event of an emergency, please walk to the
nearest exit. Do not run. Exits are located at
the front of the building where you enter the
theatre. There are also side doors in the lobby
and exits to the left and right of the main stage.
All exits are lighted.
Smoking
The
Shoals Theatre is a smoke-free facility. Smoking
is permitted only outside in the courtyard off
the lobby/concessions area.
Special
Needs
If
you have any special needs, please let us know.
You can always locate an usher if you need assistance
during the performance.
Parking
Parking
is available streetside and in the lots adjacent
to the Shoals Theatre.
